ROTA enables seamless updates for both operating systems and applications, delivered securely over the air. The ROTA server handles the deployment of software updates, allowing you to discover devices, upload releases, and create deployments through a user-friendly dashboard with role-based access controls.
The ROTA client on each device periodically checks for updates, downloading and installing them securely via HTTPS polling and fail-safe modules. You can also utilize ROTA’s advanced feature called partial deployment to reduce the downtime of the devices.
